The fix is to make them explicit, documented, and visible — so they can eventually run without you touching every step.
A Gauge is a metric that tells you a Pulse is healthy without you having to manually check. A client hasn't responded in 72 hours? The Gauge flags it. A proposal hasn't been followed up in a week? The Gauge catches it before it becomes a lost deal.
The goal isn't to hire a team. The goal is to build internal architecture that means you are no longer the only person — or system — who knows what needs to happen next.
