I've spent much of my career creating and running small businesses and managing larger ones. And there are a lot of times I've struggled to get it right!

When I struggle to find the correct answer, I tend to return to my roots; I trained as a research Librarian. So when I can't do something, I look for resources to improve. The sad truth is that research is not enough. I’ve had businesses fail and jobs where I didn't do what was needed because I was out of my depth.

Starting and running a business is hard! There are so many moving parts; it all comes down to how you keep all the balls in the air. Finally, besides reading and taking courses ... I found myself a mentor. Someone who could help me see my way through the maze of things that need to be done and help me develop myself to be a successful entrepreneur.

  • Anyone who has or is thinking of starting a small business and who recognizes that they need a trusted partner to help navigate them through the obstacles they will encounter

  • That’s OK! As long as you are ready to move forward with your idea and open to new ideas, then the Elite Entrepreneur program is an excellent fit for you.

  • Put simply - No!

    The Elite Entrepreneur program is a twelve-session program with no ongoing commitment once you have finished. There is an option to pay for the program in three installments or one single payment, but once you have invested, you won’t be on the hook for further costs.

    I offer some other coaching services on a subscription basis, so if you have any questions, please reach out.

  • Put simply, No!

    We can space sessions out wider apart to meet your needs.

    I don't recommend trying to complete the program in less than 12 weeks because there is a lot of work for you to do between sessions, but we can agree on a pace that meets your needs.

    We can also change the time between sessions to account for family events, public holidays, sickness because one of us is on vacation, or something came up, and you need a little more time!

  • That's OK - we can discuss your needs and make accommodations to suit your pace and life.

    I may need to take a break too, because I've got sick or because of a family vacation.

    We will communicate openly, and I'll always work to accommodate your needs.

  • That's OK; I understand life happens.

    We have a pretty liberal cancellation policy.

    If you cancel before the fourth session (or within 28 days of your first session, whichever comes first), I'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

    I understand that sometimes people start on this journey and then realize they are not there yet, and I want you to be happy and successful.

    After that initial period, I'll prorate a refund so you only pay for whatever sessions we complete.

  • The short answer is yes, and sometimes quite a lot. My job is to help you work out your path, help you map out the actions you need to take to move forward on that path and help you be accountable for completing those actions. I can’t walk the path for you, so you’ll leave every session with a clear plan of action that you’ll need to execute.
