Many of our participants come to us feeling unsure or stuck in their current careers, seeking a new direction but lacking clarity.

Through our comprehensive Mentally Awake success system, I will guide you through a journey of self-discovery, helping you identify your passions, strengths, and goals. The Career Catalyst program is an eight-session program with no ongoing commitment once you have finished.

I offer some other coaching services on a subscription basis, so if you have any questions, please reach out.

We can space sessions out wider apart to meet your needs.

I don't recommend trying to complete the program in less than eight weeks because there is a lot of work for you to do between sessions, but we can agree on a pace that meets your needs.

We can also change the time between sessions to account for family events, public holidays, sickness because one of us is on vacation, or something came up, and you need a little more time!

That's OK - we can discuss your needs and make accommodations to suit your pace and life.

I may need to take a break too, because I've got sick or because of a family vacation.

We will communicate openly, and I'll always work to accommodate your needs.

That's OK; I understand life happens.

We have a pretty liberal cancellation policy.

If you cancel before the second session, I'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

I understand that sometimes people start on this journey and then realize they are not there yet, and I want you to be happy and successful.

After that initial period, I'll prorate a refund so you only pay for whatever sessions we complete.

The short answer is yes, and sometimes quite a lot. My job is to help you work out your path, help you map out the actions you need to take to move forward on that path and help you be accountable for completing those actions. I can’t walk the path for you, so you’ll leave every session with a clear plan of action that you’ll need to execute.
